Hello guys. I have chosen to speak about mental health as I my self suffer from it. I have made a YouTube video where I explain my story and why it’s important for me this subject. I don’t think it’s spoken about enough and not every one knows what it means. My mental health issue is anxiety and depression and I’ve suffered from it for 4 years now. On this post I will leave you some tips that I used to control my attack’s and protect myself from this awful feelings. There are more than 200 classified forms of mental illness. Some of the more common disorders are: clinical depression, bipolar disorder, dementia, schizophrenia and anxiety disorders. Symptoms may include changes in mood, personality, personal habits and/or social withdrawal so as you can see YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

All depends on each individuals believes.. BUT god is very important in my life always has been! Everyday I would talk to him in prayer to thank him for helping me and the days I felt low and anxious I would ask for his help. I believe I am here today with the strength to speak about my story and help others, thanks to his support and power.
